Leadership Credentials & Advocacy

Leadonera® was developed through doctoral research into the Leadership skills and behaviours required of our future Technology executives ensuring that individuals and organisations are equipped with the necessary empirical guidance and not left to assumptions of what may be required.

Leadonera® establishes the individual’s leadership program to support advancement towards c-suite whilst ensuring that organisations can integrate the appropriate policy and executive roles at the Board table to address the inclusion of a leader that adopts and exhibits the Paradoxical Leadership traits as the c-Suite technologist.

Paradoxical Leadership is a theoretical contribution by Angela as an outcome of her Leadership Research and is of particular importance to the success of Technology Leaders of the future. Paradoxical Leadership criterion is leveraged for individual analysis and set’s the organisational agenda to ensure successive focus as executive teams evolve.

The Australian Technology Leadership Context paradigm of Leadonera® is a checklist of the competencies and capabilities of the preeminent Technology leader.

Gender Diversity Acceleration

Leadonera® has a sub-component specifically addressing the diversity gap that is evident at the executive leadership level in technology. The Leadonera® Diversity Acceleration Framework, rewrites the unintended consequence of best intention to develop women towards executive levels, reversing the decadal deterioration at the executive level.

The Leadonera® Diversity Acceleration Framework, reduces a multi-decade decline through an organisational and individual agenda developed from empirical research, to accelerate and improve female participation and balance executive diversity.

Whether an individual wanting to reshape your career, an organisation looking to improve your diversity agenda or agency’s redefining policy, Leadonera® is the research and evidence-based approach you have been looking for.
