In 2018, Angela pitched an idea and commenced Australia-first research in 2019 into the future of the technology leadership discipline and improving gender diversity in executive.
This ground-breaking research culminated in Angela's doctoral research and inclusion in the Order of Australia in 2023.

The brand Leadonera® - Leadership of a New Era - was born over coffee when both acknowledged that there was more to be done and gaps very present in leadership.
Mal & Angela established Leadonera Pty Ltd in 2023.
